The BEST WESTERN Yacht Harbor Hotel offers complimentary shuttle service upon arrival and departure to the San Diego International Airport, The Cruise Ship Terminal, and the San Diego Train Depot. Shuttle service runs from 8am - 8pm.

Local public transportation to all areas and attractions in San Diego is available two blocks from the hotel.

We will be happy to make arrangements for taxis, limousines, motor coachs, pedi cabs, horse drawn carriage rides, harbor cruises, sport fishing charters, sail and whale watching excursions and any other form of transportation you require.
